- Mapping text or JSON content response to Druid Entity Field on REST tasks.
What's New
- With this release, you can integrate Druid chatbots with Oracle B2C Service Live Chat functionality, for cases when chat clients need to be transferred to helpdesk agents who use the Oracle B2C Agent functionality instead of the Druid built-in live agent.
- Live Chat allows your helpdesk agents to accept client live chat requests automatically within a maximum of 5 active sessions. Once a client initiates a live chat request, Druid automatically connects them to an available helpdesk agent who did not reach the concurrent chat limit and did not request a break.
- Helpdesk agents are now able to request a break. Agents will be able to enjoy their break only after handling all active chats.

Improvements
- This release introduces new settings offer the bot authors the possibility to easily maintain a web chatbot:
- New Druid visibility settings enable you easily control if you want to show the chat widget and when you want to show it. They also allow you to show friendly messages to the clients when Druid connectivity issues occur during ongoing conversations.
- For streamlined client experience, you can perform a health check in the hosting page and display the container element starting the chat window only if the check passes.
- On REST tasks, you can map text or JSON content response to Druid Entity Field.
- The
createfile()
Druid system function you can use on connectors, performs file name cleanup (escaping special characters) and saves the file dynamically with the filename and extension identified in the file definition.
